Welcome to the Technology Department

The Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District Technology Department is responsible for two primary aspects of technology - Educational Technology and Network Infrastructure.  We manage and support classroom technology, office technology, and both wired and wireless networks across the district.  We also support students, teachers, employees and families in their use of district technology and programs.

Digital Tools & Computers

The Technology Department manages and supports digital tools, including computers and chromebooks for students and employees.

With the transition to Distance Learning, chromebooks have been reconfigured for student use in a home environment and distributed to every student who needs one.  Additionally, students are supported with mobile hotspot if they need internet connectivity.

Data Security & Privacy

To ensure our network data and student information is private and protected, we maintain an enterprise-class security environment.  We continuously monitor internet traffic for security threats using our next generation firewall and content filtering.

Support & Customer Service

We provide an uncompromised level of customer service and support to our staff and students by our school-based technicians and our district-wide technicians and specialists.
